The Optimal Time to Conceive

When a girl's born, they've got millions of eggs in their ovaries. And then that gradually declines from childhood through puberty to the age of about 35. Once you get over 35, there is a steep, slippery slope where the number of eggs just start to disappear from ovaries. Some women will enter early menopause, which we briefly spoke about on this episode. I thought it could be good to kind of summarize some of the key takeaways before we get into questions from last episode.
