What's the Engagement in Flourish Dx?

Mental health and wellbeing strategies for large organisations are largely absent. The psychosocial factors that influence the people that I see is where we need to get better at measurement. We need to getbetter at analysis, the root cause stuff. And these are things I just don't see happen. What I see is the is the high visibility low impact.
