In Western culture, our society is set up to reward the things that ENTJs value at a very high level. For an ENTJ, their driver cognitive function is technically called extroverted thinking. And it's about asking the question, what works and how do I accomplish this task in the outer world? A lot of ENTJs feel very sure of themselves because they have so much success.
