Is it fair to say that the Fed can't control inflation unless home values across the board have a, whether it's me or not, but some kind of a real bear market? I think we're going through a collective national, mental mind shift that housing is not going up 40% anymore. You do not have gold if you're sitting on a home that you're pricing too high and you're not vacuuming before showing. This is not the same market as it was.
