Macro Business Fundamentals That Are Hard

Business is about doing good service to the community and your customers. You need to be very specific about who you'rewo, who you want to work with. Be quit disciplined about saying no to work who don't fit that ideal client or ha criteria. And i think there's a big thing of just doing what you're you say going to do, d and pross accordingly. We were growing revenue pretty quickly, but were also growing ou head count quickly. There was no systems as, no standalization, and we we basicaly losing mony of the grows profit level.
