It's possible that bio signatures, which could obviously last for much longer than techno signatures in an atmosphere, might be more likely to give us the first signs of life on an alien planet. And these satellites, in principle, may last forrr a very long time compared to other technosb suspect that lanting that many tellites into orbits around a planetis really going to annoy the ground base astronomers.
