Is the European Union Trying to Isolate Russia?

The sanctions are meant to isolate russia and put a choke hold on their economy. Air space is not a big issue, because now there aren't that many flights that need to go into us. But you know, when you get the cumulative effect of all this stuff, that's where it starts being crazy. And it does have an impact beyond russia too.
