Nara started out as the national association for the repeal of abortion laws. But once row happened and there was this nation wide legal right to abortion established, i think we saw a sort of shift where anti abortion groups mobilized at the city level and at the state level. And now nara would say they're not doing that, they're shifting to a chapter modelWhere they're going to have sort of a more centralized message coming out of the national office. The religious coalition for reproductive choice recently made a similar decision.
