Having a Good Facilitator in a Brainstorming Session?

Chris: What percentage of all the brainstorming sessions I've been in have actually been good brainstorming sessions? Just a minuscule amount of them. And that also makes me think about how important it is for all organizations to evaluate what they're doing in terms of workshops and brainstorming sessions. Because another favorite snippet that Chris was on to was this progress towards what? because it always feels like we're moving forward. We've done this brainstorming session, it feels like we've done something good. But without all the other things we talked about, like the setup, the onboarding, the offboarding, the follow up and making sure that we're working towards a common goal,
