Research suggests that stock markets aren't as efficient as we thought before. But i think they are much closer to each other than was previously suggested. It's not a matter of whether they're efficient, it's just how competitive they are and also relative to each other. I think finding a house in the financial market is much more competitive because if you want to fill a position in your firm, you don't have to know how long its going to take for them to get there.
