And for time, that can work to just go with what you know, but if you're really looking to get to the next level in your career, you have to be creative. You have to make connections outside of the lane that you're in. So for the high performers, i would actually say that they're goin do even better and more creative work to help themselves stand out within their careers if they slow down.
