Is There a Cult of the Start to Interrupt?

Investment teams are typically structured where ultimately there's one person who has responsibility for both. Do you get pushed back on that? That's the reaction because there's this kind of cult of the start to interrupt. Have you had clients take that on board and actually change the idea? Institutional investors are definitely open to it because they have a committee. If you have enough people have two committees like a start committee and a stop committee. The PMs it's mixed but most PMs are willing to do it.
