What Does Emotional Sobriety Mean to You?

Emotional sobriety is a kind of sobriety beond just not drinking. What does it mean to you? I heard that term in early 12, feeling comfortable in your own skin. It's easy to talk about, but what it took for me was practising loving kindness and forgiveness to myself every single day. And i did it for like, two and a half years, every day, offered loving kindness forgiveness to myself. You can't live ethically if you don't feel comfortable on your own body. Nobody harms and feels good about themselves when they're uncomfortable. So those are the extreme cases, but you know, we have to clean up our act as well.
