The Culture of Capitalism in Corporations

i think that one of the things people forget is that any large gathering of human beings that is committed to a purpose or an institution is going to have its own culture as well. And so you can often get cultural lag, right? i love these kinds of stories about cultural hiccups. I mean, obviously this is the most i've thought about these issues in my entire life, but am a, that's pi not fair. But im listen to yo. It kind of makes me think joseph schumpeter had these arguments about the ruthlessly efficient nature of capitalism in corporations.
