The Role of a Software Engineer in a Startup
I was most miserable when I was in meetings all day and happiest in those small bits of times where I could get to code so as I joined and talked to them about what my position would be I made it clear. My role is a mix now of defining upcoming products coding on those projects and doing the work on all the different processes that have to do with establishing culture.
