Clubhouse Media Group's Evolution
Clubhouse Media Group president Chris Young was getting fed up with the company's vision. He said he'd recommended limiting Amir's access to influencers and removing North Coder from the company. But at the end of the day, because Amir had both majority ownership of the company and majority voting power, Chris didn't have much of a stay in things. If anyone on the board pushed back too hard, Amir could replace them.
