i believe your late wife coined that term back in the seventies or something like that, but you actually did that work in industry a lot. What we were trying to do is to get more than just the language change, but minds that change. That if you want organizations to improve, how they, howr they going to do it, except by people learning. And then that talk about te investment bank and things like that is a good segway into the next thing i wanted to ask you n which is, before you can started ta the self managed learning college.
