Apple's 4.15% Deposit Rate on Apple Pay

I think people can understand that Apple's teasing you with a 4.15% deposit rate on Apple Pay now I think you can understand that if you're a bank you got an account at WAL or you could flow money that 4.5 is a good number but does everyone you know essentially the first question from Bill is how safe is that money and should you be doing that as a in your personal account well so I would be concerned about any sort of teaser rate because you have to ask long term is this sustainable.
