Building a Support System for Organizational Growth
Winners ask for nothing in the beginning. Once you understand they're winning, you just want to give it to em. You do not give people support system to help them grow if they can't spark it on their own. A great manager has the knack for making ball players think they are better than they think they are. He makes you get more out of yourself. Leaders have the ability to create an environment or sphere conducive to motivation.
