You Know What I'm Saying About the Trauma Is It's Not a Flashback
Sometimes when we're traumatized there's like a ripple effect and so there's little ripple currents from why we're going through the trauma. Sometimes I think people are expecting that it will be a one-for-one, but in general these thoughts and feelings that you repressed they're gonna come back when they get a chance. It's not like there's some magical television movie moment with a re-experience and they are set free forever as much as those who have gone through traumatic experiences want to believe otherwise.
