The Upper Limits Problem

There's this interesting concept that I heard from a psychologist, gay Hendricks. He wrote a book called the big leap and he talked about what's called the upper limits problem. We subconsciously create this cap for how much success we can have in our lives. And then when we go past that limit, we start to subconsciously sabotage ourselves. That could look very much like, you know, things are going super well in your relationship and you're like, hi on how wonderful this is going.
