Is There No Renewal Clause in the Tenant's Lease?
Ashley Judd: I thought, this is one hell of an oversight. He says the developer already has built out beautiful salons, restaurants, boutique stores and signed five year leases with all of these tenants. Each of the leases has a yearly rent escalator,. But in year five, there's no renewal clauses. Jones: If you want me to stay or I'm happy to go somewhere else, at that point you have to figure out how difficult is it for this tenant to move.
