Psychic Repression - A Mean in Service of Social Repression

Psychic repression distinguishes itself from social repression by the unconscious nature of the operation. It induces a consequent desire, a faked image of its object, on which it bestows the appearance of independence. This faked, displaced image i kind of goes to what i think of, or what one could think of, relative to how baderard poses simulation and simulacra. And it's through the signifier, kind of getting into lacon and they talk a little bit about the signifier or the sign here as well.
