The Supreme Court's Decision in the Morphe Harper Case

The Supreme Court is putting itself in the business of reviewing state legislative election practices. It's a sort of example of the slippery slope where the court says, you know, we're getting rid of section four of the voting rights in Shelby County and then this term now they're doing a case that will get rid of section two. So it's that kind of Lucy football stuff that the court has gotten really deft at doing.
