When frustration hits, is it all about them and how they've been wronged? Or is there understanding that the world is filled with moving parts, moving pieces? There's a lot going on and it happens. A mature patient response would be, okay, I still want to get to know you. How about tomorrow instead? Pause, empathy, not me against the world. And again, we're looking at their interactions with other people, not just ourselves.
