How to Build a Mutual Context in Relationships
Most of the people you're connected to come with some mutual context. You might not have anything in common except this one mutual context. It's critical for creating these long term relationships, having that reason to meet. This is why people feel, at least in the us, culturally, it feels weird to just go up to a random stranger on the street. There's no mutual context there. And so when you're in school and you're growing up, it's extremely easy to make friends. If you're in a running group or a book club or any of those things, it'sextremely easy to make those friends.
