The second domain that comes to mind would be the corporate world or the executive world. I think charisma actually is more of a distraction than nuance or a problem. There's a lot of data on leaders who are more systematically or very overconfident and we know what happens. And it might be a bit of a rollercoaster, but typically, the higher you go, the lower you go in turn.
