Bernie was severely criticized for not being able to synthesize class politics with identity politics. That's always been a challenge for the left, he says. He may not have found the right formula, but among young generation, he still won the majority of people. So we should be cautious about how much he failed in that particular area. But we have to also remember revolutions don't happen overnight.
