How Rich and I Structured Our Organization

Sean: We basically have four tiers within the company, right? So we have an executive tier, which is me, Connor, our original co-founder,. Daniel, he's our chief product officer. Underneath that, we have like a VP tier, you know, and there's, there's probably eight to 10 across the company right now. And then I think the unique thing that you guys are probably talking about is that everyone at the company is assigned an assistant, right? so it's, we have a whole suite of international staff. At this point, they outnumber the US staff. There's 60, 80 of them in there. They're all very different from each
