The Importance of Inclusion in Psychoanalysis
The IJP has a big reach. How do you balance the question of, and this is coming up in Psychoanalysis everywhere right now? It requires a certain kind of violence by expecting that some things get left out, which is the price of inclusion. So we had to make a decision about whether we would want to be included and speak to a larger audience or whether we wanted to side with the integrity of our paper. And it wasn't... At some level, it was an easy decision.
