How to Deal With a Not Good Relationship

If you are in a not good relationship, ask yourself what is your body telling you about how you feel. You can't force yourself to be okay with those things if they violate your values. If we try and push ourselves into areas that are not honoring to us, we degrade our own sense of self. We lose the ability to to feel ourselves. It's like it exacerbates our so many other things because we need to cope with this constant endurance of abuse very much at the hands of ourselves.
