The Prosecutor's Decision to Appeal the Decision in Germany

The judge turned out to be a very quality well-trained judge who did what any judge would do you know there was no case yeah and so he declared it not guilty now the prosecutor immediately filed an appeal but admitted that they couldn't say what the appeal was and what kind of appeal it would be.
