The Five Ideal Characteristics of the Gnostics

i have some notes too i wanted to share with the audience and yourself. The first characteristic is framed around direct experiential knowledge of a transcendent god, what the gnostics call nosis. These ecstatic states were not always unbidden raptures, but would careor carefully coreograph in terms of ritual. Fourth, this was transgressive talk that set gnostics as odds with conventional religions. Fifth, they incorporated into the religiouns, discussed discussions, everything but the kitchen sink. So that says it all. I mean, the transcendentgod, everything is there. O, let's go all and they did.
