The Importance of Hope in the Future
In our current culture, I think actually being hopeful about the future is a bit of a rebellious thing. And that is also why we might do the same thing as trying to create improbable buildings and improbable glasses of water. We might want to create an improbably great future. Indeed, it's a great driver thinking that the future could be great is a good reason to save it.
