There are nuclear run submarines. There's an air craft carrier that runs on nuclear energy. You put four submarines in around a city and you power the city. Like if you have a nuclear plant you're not you're not contaminating your earth. That's what I'm saying yeah we're not growing food up there we're not doing anything up there other than like if it was just a space station just to power shit up and send it off to the next joint.
