What Is the Dibucane Test for Pseudocoline Sterase?

Dibucane inhibits normal pseudocolinesterase by about 80%. Suctioncholine can have some cardiac effects, usually it can have some bradycardic effect and that is more significant in people with high vagal tone. On average, a dose of succinylcholine is going to increase someone's potassium by about 0.5 milli equivalents per deciliter. Trauma patients who've had traumatic brain injury are at an increased risk for hyperkalemia.
