The Difference Between Diverse Systems and Complex Optimized Single Systems
I use ATR a lot, but I use it more in measuring, like, how do you define an unusual move? So in ATR, is a good way to do that. A question here from John: What is the practical difference between a diverse system of simple systems and the complex optimized single system? Well, I suppose it could boil down to semantics if you have had a single system with all these different rules so that it effectively was, you know, it's like, if the stock breaks out and does this then go long? Or if it pulls back this much, then go long. But yeah, at some conceptual level, it's the same thing, I guess.
