Real estate expert Janie Drexler says she's never bought a home from a seller that did not have a similar situation, a divorce. She recently bought 43 unit multifamily in San Angelo, Texas on seller finance. "I can tell you out of the thousands of deals we have now done, I've never once bought a home," said Drexler.
