Imen: I have been frustrated with the left in various ways, and i think that's an almost universal, at least ubiquitous condition. People are dissatisfied with the left for very different, incompatible reasons. So identity politics has come under a lot of criticism, a lot of it coming from a political right. But also there's abi dissatisfaction on the left. Are the way we talk about identity politics is not necessarily the thing a lot of people who are spending a lot of energy critiquing identity politics think has gone wrong with identity politics.
