Sally Kohn: Sales force is a technology I love to hate, but as things get more complex, I try and push as much data into sales force so reps can spend less time in all the tools. Tell us about a secret sales hack that you've used. She says there's a hack that she learned of Dropbox called strip lining. It's basically repeating to a customer or anyone in your personal life, whatever it may be in a way that they want to walk away from something or they don't want something. They actually tell you way more than they originally intend to.
