How to Ask for What You Want

There's a person I know a friend of mine who attempted this. And what he did was everywhere he went for six months. He saved $7,000 in six months by just asking the question. So it's like challenge yourself to just ask for what you want,. Even if it's not a big deal or you don't even care that much about it...just to put yourself out there so you can practice and build that habit.
