Identifying the Ideal Customer Profile

I think it's always going to be a combination of both. When we first started looking into like identifying ideal customer profile, I think the very first thing that we just did was take a cohort of users that had been with us for longer than 12 months paying and had a certain level of activity. We then slowly started to layer on different levels of complexity. And what we ended up doing was looking at building together a scoring model to understand to what degree do they fit the ideal customer profile. If you can identify who's an ICP, you can route them differently and do importance of their kind of filter them.
