The National Curriculum Is a Little Bit to Blame for It
I have the luxury of my teaching job, like Monday to Wednesday, I'm in the classroom. And I have part of my role is like lead potentially going around, going around classes of observing teachers and literally just telling them what I've seen that are all very mass specific. While I'm sat watching them, I'll just like scribble down a little completion table on my notes or something. If I'm feeling really kind I'll even type it up for them in PowerPoint or whatever. That's the sort of thing, which I think is really, really useful literally concrete specific thing that you can use. An actual task that you might want to use next lesson quite often. Just like
