The Importance of Resourcing Trauma
Bridger: Sometimes people don't feel ready to process trauma. Ego state work steps in and says we can begin to work with the part of me that experienced it, even if I don't have explicit memory to go with it. We're able to work with that part and by so doing, resourcing that part to feel comfortable reprocessing the trauma. It's a little bit complicated, more complicated than we think it is at first glance.
