The Importance of Repentance in the Exodus

In Ezekiel 9, God puts a mark on the foreheads of men who sigh and groan over all the abominations that are committed in it. It could very well be that King here had repentance that the Lord took and had mercy on him. And to bring in another one, it has echoes in these verses to what happens in the Exodus as well. Whoever is not protected by a sign or by a mark or by the blood is going to be struck down.
