I really didn't know much about my parents' finances. They owned their own business and I was, I don't know if it was my own doing just not wanting to learn about it or if they didn't speak about it. We had been saying that we were saving for a house for quite some time. And it just felt very loose. So I think it kind of got to the point where my husband was like, no, like, we need to make this happen. How can we make this happen? Can we please talk about this?
