The Importance of One-on-One Contact

I know one of the reasons that you wrote your book here is to let people that don't have the opportunity to sit down with you, get some of that wisdom. How do you see the population in terms of their need of having the chance to sit down one on one with you for that hour and really engage back and forth? I think that there's a lot of people who would really benefit from those interactions. But I would caution people around suddenly thinking you can be a psychologist for someone who's an extreme mental health distress.
