Achinum is one of the few sights hahat received very extensive excavation for a period of 15 years. The site was discovered by the afghan king, mohammed zayesha in 19 61. Much of the urban of icinum dates really to the early second century b c. There were also quite large villas found, or mansions, very rich houses ofthen aleast,. they were found.
