But think of if you're having some optimal testosterone levels, then you need to identify what's holding you back. It's usually not something that you need to optimize from 95% to 99%. There's usually something that you can find that's holding youback. If your exercise is already pretty decent, then it's probably not that. If your sleep is already pretty good, then it’sprobably not that. So you need to look and find something else.
