The Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy

The immune system is designed to react to stimuli. Anything that decreases any marker of immune activity is anti-inflammatory. And anything that increases any mark of immune activity boosts the immune system. So a good red flag, if it seems to work for everything, it probably works for nothing. It's mostly going to be false positive.
